Minga has more than 30 years of experience as a mind body coach and yoga therapist. She holds a BA in psychology from Yale University with a pre-med focus. She has studied and taught Traditional Thai medicine, Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT), and guides iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. Her work is grounded in the ancient philosophy of Vedanta, the structure underlying yoga and much of Eastern thought and scientific inquiry.
After a childhood of traveling through Asia and growing up primarily in Thailand, she has lived in the US, currently settled in Portland, Oregon. She revels in the natural beauty of this First Nations Land on which we are living. She is multiracial of Southern Black lineage, Muscogee and Cherokee.
