Minga Lily is now teaching small in person classes at the Healthy Living Community Studio! In person classes are unfolding and are on Sunday twice a month. Please contact me if you are interested and we will unfold schedule together!
Group classes are small and intimate with a personal individualized focus. Using a mixture of movement, self massage, education, mindful awareness, Minga assists students in understanding the trouble they have with areas of chronic pain, injury, mental and emotional blockages and helps them find effective ways of releasing stuck energy and rediscovering their wellness. The classes take place in the context of the world around us so we are invited to begin to integrate our internal experience with what is happening in our world:

Mingas classes tend to be prop oriented. If you do not have props you can meet with Minga to figure out what you have at home that you can use as substitutes for the ones called for:
mat, blanket, towels (one rolled as a neck roll + extra),
strap, yoga blocks, foam roll, pillows (if you need them)s, and yoga bolster.
In person classes have the props you need! Sign up in advance so the studio will be set up for you. You are invited to bring your own beloved props as well, if you like.

Rates:
Online classes: $25 for a 90 minute class and $20 for 60 minute classes
In person classes: $40 per person/ $75 for two classes or two people
